Zack is an angel. I lost my phone, and although the store was already closed, he was there cleaning after hours. We called the store to check if my phone was there—most people wouldn’t even answer—but he picked up not just once, but twice, since we had to call again while trying to get there. He didn’t show even a hint of annoyance. Instead, he helped us with a smile. This kid deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back to thank him properly. I wish more young workers had the same work ethic as Zack. He truly saved me that day—he’s a hero.
